Rental Process: ​

• Email info@oyvevents.com

  • Include date, delivery address, dropoff & pickup times​

• You will receive a price quote via text and/or email that includes delivery​

• ​Review your quote and Indicate via text/email that you would like to proceed with the booking process.​

• Invoice will be emailed to you with all details of your event and a payment arrangement breakdown.

• Accept services and pay the non-refundable retainer fee (50%).

• Electronically sign and return the contract/service agreement that will be sent to your email address.

• Your date is all booked!

• Final payment is due 5 days prior to the event date.
